Moong Dal Chilla (Breakfast Recipe)

For your weekday busy mornings, this instant Moong Dal Chilla recipe is perfect for a delicious start to the Day. The batter of this Chilla is the heart of this recipe. Serve hot & fresh Chillas for a healthy diet for your family!!


      • 1 cup-soaked Moong Dal (at least 2 hours)
      • 1 to 2 tbsp water
      • 1 green chilly (roughly chopped)
      • ¾ tsp ginger paste
      • ¾ tsp salt or to taste
      • Some Oil
      • Green coriander leaves

    Add one cup-soaked Moong Dal, 2 tbsp water, a roughly chopped green chili, ginger paste & salt in your high-speed Slursh Jar & blend it until the batter is smooth. Mix the batter well and add some water to it to improve the consistency. Add some coriander leaves to the batter. Lastly, oil a non-stick pan & spread the batter well. Heat on a medium flame. Fold up the chila & serve hot.
