Yellow Curry (Dinner Recipe)

Inviting some guests over, this spicy & scrumptious Yellow Curry is a perfect welcome. Yellow Curry is so simple to prepare & perfect to be served with both Chapati and rice. Get set ready for a mouthwatering dinner delight.


      • 1 cup Besan (Gram flour)
      • 400 gms curd
      • 2 chopped tomatoes
      • ½ tsp Mustard seeds
      • Salt to taste
      • Red chili powder to taste
      • 1 tbsp oil
      • Curry leaves

    For a perfect yellow curry, add Besan (Gram flour), curd, and some water to your Slursh jar. Blend in the mixture for a few seconds and check the consistency. Put some oil in a pan, heat it & then fry mustard seeds, curry leaves, and tomatoes. Add the mixture & some water to the pan. Stir it well. Add salt & chili to taste. Garnish the yellow curry with coriander leaves & serve hot!!!
