Cauliflower Soup

Old age people are the most pampered ones in a family. They show the most mixed feelings and their eating habits change according to their mood. Here we are sharing a super delicious soup recipe that can be prepared just by using Slursh Blender which has nutritional values for the oldies and which definitely uplifts their mood.

    Ingredients

      • 1 Cauliflower large
      • 1 Chickpea, Roasted
      • 2 cloves Garlic
      • 1 Onion
      • 3 cups Vegetable broth

    Baking & Spices

    • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
    • 1/2 tsp Salt

    Oils & Vinegars

    • 1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil

    Other

    • 1 Potato (boiled or microwaved) (or 2 tablespoons butter)

    Directions

    Rinse cauliflower, pat dry it chop it, and add it to a baking sheet, crush garlic and chopped onion add it with cauliflower, add thyme leaves, drizzle olive oil, add salt and pepper and toss it and spread it in a single layer and bake it for 30 minutes until golden brown.

    In the meantime pierce a potato with a fork and microwave it for 5-10 minutes. Now add all the mixtures in a super fast Slursh Portable Blender and add a pinch of nutmeg, and vegetable broth and blend until smoothens the consistency and serve it from the blender and Enjoy!
