- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1 tbsp Creamy peanut butter
- 1 ripe Banana can be frozen, and broken into large chunks 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1-2 ice cubes depending on how thick you like it Optional: 1 tsp. honey
Combine frozen banana, almond milk, and peanut butter, and slursh it for a few seconds. Stop the blending and add ice cubes, cinnamon, and honey. Slursh it again and your evening snack is ready to go!
