- 1 can (13.66 ounces) of coconut milk
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, chopped & divided
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 12 freezer pop molds or 12 paper cups and wooden pop sticks
Put coconut milk, strawberries, banana, and maple syrup in your portable Slursh jar & blend all the ingredients until they are smooth. Split the remaining strawberries among 12 molds or paper cups & pour the mixture afterward filling 3/4 full. Top your molds up with holders, if you are using cups then top it up with foil and insert sticks through the foil. Chill it up in the freezer until it’s firm or for at least 4 hours & serve the yummy, iced delight to your family & friends.
