- 6 Dry red chilies
- 7-8 cloves of garlic
- Oi1 tablespoon mustard seed
- 1 tablespoon black gram
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 1 finely chopped onion and 1 finely chopped tomato
- 1 chopped carrot
AdHeat oil in a pan and add red chilies when it starts cracking. Add garlic cloves, onion, tomato, salt and toss it, and then add carrot in it and mix well. Cook it for a while and then transfer it to a plate to make it cool for some time. Transfer the prepared mixture to the super-fast Slursh Bolt Portable Blender and blend it for 2 cycles.
Heat the oil, add mustard seed and black gram split in it, then add garlic cloves in it with some more red chilies and curry leaves in it. Let it crackle for some time and then add it to the chutney and Voila your super delicious travel chutney is ready!
