      • Zucchini – yes, really!
      • Coconut milk
      • Cashews
      • Coconut oil
      • Pure maple syrup
      • Pure vanilla extract

    Add the cooked oat mixture to the Slursh blender along with caster sugar, melted cacao butter or refined coconut oil, xanthan gum, vanilla bean paste or the seeds from two vanilla pods, salt, and optional vodka, and blend until the mixture is very smooth. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour the mixture into a freezer-friendly container.
